Just curious, has anyone who recently received a CO been contacted to send any additional info yet?
We preloaded everything, so was just wondering.

Hi

On our Status application on the 6/08/09, it stated that they required further documentation, form 80 and medicals which we did on the 14/09/09 and checked status today and all Health Requirements finalised.

Man hope those visas start to get granted soon!

A lot of applications changed to 'being processed further' status over last month or so, some as old as March this year, not sure why or what it implies iro possible processing times, but nice to see some movement, though.

I've had a look on the EditGrid website and a British Expat one, and there are some visas being granted now for March 2009, so I am really crossing my fingers and toes! Will so help having the visa to try and get a job in Aus.

Did you guys not fill Form 80 in as part of your application? Our Agent requested it be done as part of our paper work...not sure if it was a requirement though to do the initial lodgement.

We're squeezed in between you guys so hopefully that means movement on ours too! Although they haven't requested anything, but we did preload medicals & form 80 & PCC so maybe there's nothing to request? :hug: Wishful thinking hey!

Anyway thanks for the good news at least I know there's movement around me!

PS. Jacques, form 80 isn't a requirement at lodging but most agents request it as part of the initial documents because they know it will be requested later anyway...

Did you guys not fill Form 80 in as part of your application? Our Agent requested it be done as part of our paper work...not sure if it was a requirement though to do the initial lodgement.

The online application ask similar questions and there's no where that says we have to fill it in or a link to download it (unlike with the medical forms) but just finished filling it in...what a pain, but it's done.

That's all that's outstanding, so hopefully they'll reach their decision soon, I'm really starting to get nervous now!

Good luck with the medicals, go to Drs Stoner in town, they were great, quick and easy and no horror stories :rolleyes:

Hi Michele,

I have not done my medical though my agent said I should wait until CO requests for it.

But I did apply for the PCC lastweek even though my agent said I should not

I am aware that PCC takes sometime so I really don't wana wait until I am asked to do so.
