You are right about the weather, it truely sucks. Also, its a bit of a police state here too. Can't do a thing without the government looking over your shoulder. Most saffers I speak to here are looking to go over to Oz. As for me I'm just trying to figure out whats the best way of doing the visa thing and which one to go on.
