From the numbers above, it is clear that we are a big group and it is quite difficult to find a venue that will cater for such a big group without charging venue hire . The people that attended the previous Coffee Club in November 2006 will most probably agree that it was the best one so far . Irene Country Lodge is prepared to host us without charging venue hire , but wants me to confirm the amount of guest so that they can plan accordingly. I think it is only fair towards them to adhere to their request and trust that everyone will understand.I will be confirming the final amount of guests with Irene Country Lodge on 25 January 2007.
