I see we have a suggestion for the Kirstenbosch gardens at around lunch time for the next meet.

We are looking forward to meeting you in November! Although you've put areas on the poll, we don't mind travelling, it's a day out .

Quite a few of the Cape Town group have young children (incl us), so as long as the venue is suitable/caters for kids, then we are happy with any suggestions.

My kop werk nie aldag nie. Wat van Giraffe House. Dis 'n wild park/zoo tipe besigheid, die kids sal dit love en dan kan ons 'n groot Giraffe spring kasteel organise vir die kids. Dis my swaer se nuwe plek en hulle het in April oop gemaak. Dis die ideale ding. Baie vir die kinders om te doen en ons kan lekker kuier. Hierso is hulle website http://www.giraffehouse.co.za

As mens op die N1 Paarl se kant toe ry, dan vat jy die Stellenbosch afrit. Draai dan regs Stellenbosch se kant toe, en hulle is net langs Klein Joostenberg. As jy sou links draai dan gaan jy na Tygerberg Zoo toe. So dis die Tygerberg Zoo se afrit wat jy vat en dan draai jy net regs Stellenbosch se kant toe. Seker nie eers 2 minute na jy regs gedraai het by die afdraai nie. Lekker dag uit vir almal.

Laat weet maar, wat julle dink.

I know there is a entrance fee, but will have to find out for you. I am sure the more we are, we can get some group discount. So please let anybody know about the coffee club and who you think would benefit from it.

Ok the cost is R30 per adult and R15 per child (2-15y). If we are more than 15, which I think we probably will, the cost is R20 per adult and R10 per child.

Got your PM... Had to confirm if we'd be free the 24th... Murphy on the other hand appears adamant that we are never to meet our fellow forum members

Just checked and saw that this is on a Saturday I had visions of just the moms & kiddies meeting for coffee during the week sometime and ending up talking about schools, nappies and washing powder!!!

Mrs Mupersan doesn't have kids so isn't really interested in that stuff!

We also don't have any kids yet, only two beagles.

I was thinking of maybe having it at 2.30pm, so that some can still do their shopping or whatever the morning. Then if you want you can come a bit earlier and have a walk through the place and enjoy all the wildlife before our little meet up.

Otherwise we can do a morning one, as I see 5 people voted for a morning thing. How about 11am?

So please let me know which you prefer 2.30PM or 11am?

That's correct. Are your kids older than 2? Probably should have asked that you guys let me know if you have any kids younger than 2 and those that are older, as the young ones under two don't pay entry fee.

Ja daar is nie regtig 'n restaurant nie ouens. Klein Joostenberg het issues gehad as hulle een sou oopmaak. So mens kan net sweeties, chips en choccies koop.

So elkeen moet maar 'n piekniek mandtjie vir hom pak of net samies of iets saam bring, aangesien ons 11am bymekaar kom.

As julle enige ander vrae het PM my gerus. Ons gaan binnekort slapies en dan vlieg ons môre oggend baie vroeg.

Ja die plekkie is nie eintlik ingerig vir reen nie. Daar is skadunet, maar as dit reen soos dit vandag reen gaan ons almal pap nat wees.
