My CO (now called VPO's) was really good and he did both the nomination and visa in a single day, about 10 min apart. he did check my application documents in advance and emailed me to say they are in order. Unfortunately we didn't do visa app together with nomination because we were too scared the nomination wouldn't be approved for some reason and couldn't afford to lose thousands of dollars. So now we tackle the visa app, thankfully thru an agent so shouldn't have dramas. Here's hoping we don't wait as long as we did for nomination. Will keep you posted!
