Changing picture

I am trying to change my picture, but all it shows is my previous picture and this time it's squashed. Look at the girlie, she's squashed.

I have even deleted this picture from my computer, but the one I load jsut refuse to display, have tried other pictures as well. The picture is but 4KB.

Yeeeeelp, please! What am I missing?

I also had a problem like this when loading a new picture, then the new picture looks squashed. I then deleted the picture, loaded the new picture, and it still displayed the old picture (squashed). However, when I loaded one of the other pages on the forum and returned to the My Controls page, it displayed the new picture correctly, so it seems it just has something to do with the way it refreshes the newly loaded pic.
