This is a career building opportunity for an experienced Project Director to drive a global system implementation within the Front Office & Market Risk areas of a large financial institution.

Due to a major bank initiative, our client is seeking a Project Director with a strong track record of successfully delivering multiple, large-scale financial services IT and Business programmes.

In collaboration with the project sponsor and stakeholders the Project Director will be responsible for developing and agreeing scope, objectives, KPIs, implementation approach and timelines. He/She will take responsibility for successfully managing the change aspects of this project across affected business units, building, sourcing, managing project resources and preparing and tracking project financials against benefits. The Project Director will be responsible for vendor management and ensuring a successful delivery of the project against the agreed outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

¨Experience in Murex, Sungard, Calypso or Summit highly regarded

¨Experience in FX, FX Options or commodities from a Front Office and Risk Management perspective would be highly regarded

¨Proven record of successfully delivering large-scale projects and has experience implementing vendor products in the front office and market risk areas.

¨Strong stakeholder management

¨Excellent communication skills
