I am from Brisbane but my boyfriend is from Kimberley and he is starting to really get lonely for Afrikaans friends. HE NEEDS TO BRAAI! But I think if you're going to narrow down the category of friends you're looking for, to such specific detail, you might have a problem.Most people that come over have kids - that's why we come - to give them a better future. And then most of us are in our 30's up. Having said all that, we're all a friendly bunch and wouldn't mind meeting up for a coffee to have a chat. That's speaking for myself, and the general vibe i get from all the rest of the Brissy forumites. Actually all the forumites.
