Getting a Parcel sent from Jnb to Sydney

Hi there all. I have been in Oz now for almost 2 years. I have a parcel of about 20kg that I need sent here urgently - any idea which would be the easies way to do it. It is just some personal artifacts etc. But someone tried from that side and its almost the price of an airline ticket.

Any advise would be highly appreciated
