Polyanna
While researching for my interview last week, I was surprised to read that you should send out a "Thank you" letter to the person / company who interviewed you.http://jobsearch.about.com/od/thankyoulett...kyouletters.htmHappy job hunting!Kim
SASydneysider
I'm surprised! I've never heard of this being done here in Sydney and I've been here almost 5 years. Has anyone else in the other big cities heard of this?Good to know anyway.SAS
DesV
It makes sense and certainly cant hurt, often a company interviews a few people and are then stuck and have to make a choice, and a simple proffesional thank you might make the differenceHappy huntingDes
Johnsons
I wrote a Thank you note after a telephonic interview, and thought that that may have made the difference, as the company said I should contact them once in Australia. The conpany says that our PR visa should come through before the 457, so they would just wait..I agree on a Thank you note, although it may not be necessary, unless you really keen onthe position!
