My wife is a Doctor and we are going over to OZ.

My wife is using the Australian Medical Association (AMA) http://www.ama.com.au

They do everything for you. You have to send them some documentation and they do the rest.

There is currently a shortage of emergency doctors throughout Australia. If you contact any of the directors of emergency departments, at any of the major hospitals, they may be able to help you obtain a sponsored position.
