Pokkeljons
Hi GuysI wonder if some one would be able to give me some sort of indication on what is the time span for a sposored VISA, if it's done by a highly reputable investment bank? I see that some of the application on this forum is up to 7 Months. Would it be possible to obtain it sooner. I know that the 457 is Employer driven so there is not much that one can do.Please advise. Thanks HeyPokkeljons
Taegan
PokkeljonsI am off to Perth next Saturday on a 457 visa and mine took 6.5 weeks for approval from the date that I submitted it online. If your company is not already an approved sponsor, you can probably add another 4 weeks onto this timeline, but if already approved, the norm average is about 8 weeks. I have not seen 7 months anywhere!!
Mary
Our 457 visa took 6 weeks from date of application to date of grant (online application). It took our Employer 3 months prior to that, to qualify as a sponsor.Mary
