Advice for filing an SARS ammendment please

Hi all, I hope someone can help me here.

My dad asked me to look into how to file an ammendmnent to his return as the individual who completed his return did not claim for his medical expenses. I had a look on the SARS and found nothing. If anyone has had experience with this your help will be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Alan

If your dad is still in South Africa, I can refer him to my brother-in-law - he is an accountant with his own small accountancy/tax consulting business. He can also help those who need assistance in obtaining tax clearance certificates. He does personal tax and company tax.

If anyone wants me to post his details, let me know. He is based in Johannesburg area.

Hi DD,

Please post his details, it's always great to have a personal referral.

Hi

I am an accountant in small practise. He needs to complete an ADR1 form objecting against his assessment. If he is still in SA, PM me his details and I will contact him and get him sorted. Alternatively PM me your direct contact details. We can get it sorted in no time. I practice in Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria.
