I am a qualified butcher with 12 years experience in meat processing. I have been running my own buisness so i have no problems with managerial responsibilities. T& R Pastoral are the the meat processing business and own (amongst others) an abattoir in Lobethal(Lobethal Abattoir) in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia.I understand that they are always looking for workers at their Lobethal abattoir.
