Lynnette
Hi All,My hubby and I are wanting to immigrate permanently to Australia... we are finding it quite difficult to get him a job, even though his job is on the list of skills needed (Electrical field - forman currently).Everyone wants us to have a Visa first... sponsors seem to be very far and few. So, we are considering going the 'agency' route, but have heard so much about the 'scammers'... and with all of them it sure is a dose of money to take out. There has especially been alot of scamming around the Rustenurg area where we live. So, I am sure alot of you have dealt with agencies at some time or another... hopefully it was good experiences.Any advise on good, trustworthy migration agencies would be greatly appreciated.Even advise on who to avoid would be helpful.Oh, and any advise on how to get a position quicker would also be appreciated.Regards!Leon and LynnetteRustenburg/Sun City Area
SASydneysider
Hi Leon and Lynnette,There is a lot of information on this site regarding migration agents. I suggest you do a search (top right on the home page) using the key words migration agents. I did a quick search and here is one of the threads.SAS
Springbok
Any advise on good, trustworthy migration agencies would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few of the better ones that have been mentioned on this forum:Fiona Carre - www.carremigration.com.auEtienne Hugo - www.teleo-group.com/immigration/index.htmlHitchcock & Associates - www.hitchcock.com.auDo a search for each on this forum and also browse their websites. They are all registered with the Australian Migration Agents Registration Authority and each have a MARN number. Find out how much experience they have, what their fees are, what services they provide, whether they visit SA for consultations, etc.

werns75
