I used to work a HJ's when I was younger and you guys wont believe how many of those tomato sauce sashes we had behind the counter. Sometimes (before clean up) we would throw each other with the tomato sauce and if it bust's on you, then your out! Oh and the worst was cleaning out the dispensers. There was a huge thick thick rim of sauce around the nozzle of the dispenser. And some people just skipped cleaning it. Oh just one word of advice, If you guys want a Hj's milkshake, wait until the afternoon. The reason for this is that we cleaned out the machine at night using 20l of dish washing liquid. And the first 20 milkshakes always tastes like dish washing liquid. Very funny stuff,Kind regards FredI have some great memories of Hj's. My favorite memory though, is leaving.
