Has anyone here used a 3rd party to do police clearances for SAPS? We are looking at doing that but want to find a trustworthy service provider.

Thanks all for the reply. We have taken a bit of a different route and made use of Postex (https://www.postex.co.za/). They do the drop off at the Police HQ in PTA and do the pickup and courier back to wherever you are. They don't interact with the police or grease any palms to make things go faster so the cost is a fraction (R2400 or so for 2 applications) of what others ask. I've had quotes adding up to like R5000 per application with courier fees included (domestic only). R10000k is expensive, even in $$.

 

Anyways, hope this helps.
