Michelle M Posted June 11, 2007 Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Hi Julle,Ek is so opgewonde want my ma kom saam Melbourne toe om te help met die kinders op die vliegtuig en wanneer my man vir interviews en goed moet gaan terwyl ek by die werk is.Nou wil ek net weet.... ons kyk daarna om in 'n karavaanpark te gaan bly vir +- 'n week en dan in 'n huur huis in te trek en dan te gaan shop shop shop want ons vat bitter min meubels saam Is dit moontlik om so vinnig 'n huis te kry om te huur? Ek sal my twee ook by haar kom aflaai terwyl ek gaan shop EK weet dit is moeilik om 'n huur huis te kry en hulle soek 'n mens se hele pedigree ens.Jaco se werk het gese hulle gaan namens ons huur want dit is makliker om so 'n huis te kry met die dat hulle klaar krediet rekords en goed het. Ons gaan dan die huur net aan hulle weer betaal so hoor dalk by jou maatskappy of hulle sal of dalk die application namens jou sal doen en dan kan julle dit later op jou naam verander.Hoop dit help bietjie. It all depends on where you wish to rent, and what is available. If you want it so quickly then you would of course be slightly more limited in the selection available. Try and get a character reference from your minister. If you have sold your house, try and get a character reference from your estate agent, where he mentions how well kept your home and garden was. These should certainly assist in your application for a rental contract in the absence of credit references.If you need any further assistance, just shout! Sorg net dat jul miskien 'n verwysing saambring van 'n vorige landlord of van die agent wat julle huis verkoop het. 'n Verwysing is noodsaaklik. Jy word natuurlik gekeur deur die eienaar en agent, so daar is 'n paar mense wat aansoek doen vir dieselfde eiendom. Die proses werk basies so:.... 1. kyk op realestate.com.au vir huurhuise, 2. bel agent en maak afspraak vir inspeksie, 3. as jy van die plek hou, kry application vorm, vul dit sou gou as moontlik in (soms vra die agente een week se huur saam met die application vorm om te verseker dat hulle die plek vir jou hou, maar as jy nie goedgekeur word nie OF jy verander van besluit, kry jy die geld terug) 4. Die dokumente wat ons saam met die aansoek ingegee het was, 'n kopie van ons paspoort, werkgewersbrief wat bevestig wat ons salaris is en dat ons permanent aangestel is, verwysingsbriewe van vorige landlordSterkte met als!
