I have an Australian passport but wife and 3 kids don't. Where is the best place to start in applying for visas for them

Hi Gareth you'll probably need to apply for a spouse/partner visa.

More info here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/partner-offshore

As an Australian citizen you have the right to return to Australia but your family will not be included as "immediate family" unless they have visas.

Hi Gareth,

Welcome to the Forum.

The options for your children may depend upon when you obtained Australian citizenship and your, and their, circumstances?

Your wife, and quite possibly your children, might look at the partner visa assuming eligible (e.g. age of children etc.).  Riekie's post above links to the Dept of Home Affairs website.

You are welcome to contact me if looking for professional assistance.
