Francois8523
My prospective employer indicated that it might be a good option to move and work abroad under the PR approach instead of the TSS 482 later direct conversion to PR through skills assessment visa. From previous discussion it seems that from a skills assessment point of view for someone applying for the 189 under occupation Internal Audit without any employer backing they would need around 80 to 85 point to be eligible for PR. My question is therefore if one already has a signed contract with employer would one only need the minimum required 65 points to obtain PR. Furthermore if one would move abroad and only once in Australia apply for PR through the direct route (employer sponsor) which requires a skills assessment. Would one still require around 85 points or would the minimum of 65 points suffice for 189 PR since one has employer backing.
