Jaydi
Hi! For the ACS skills assessment, one of my husband's previous companies have been liquidated. His previous manager and most of the other employees all work for a new company under a new name. He can still get hold of them. Can he get the reference from them with the old letterhead, or can he use the new letterhead, or must he go the affidavit route?
Jaydi
My husband emailed the ACS, and they said he could use the new letterhead. However, the company gave him the old letterhead with a letter that showed the liquidation. I assume that will be adequate, but I will update this answer if we had further trouble.
RYLC
Thank you for giving feedback. It's really helpful to others reading later who may be in the same boat 😄
iambrettstar
I had the same situation (with 2 separate companies) and used the old letterhead for both, and had no issues with ACS.
