beval2011
Hi all, has anyone had to travel with a child (well, 16 y.o.) who is on a different passport to the parent? My daughter and I are due to travel back to SA - she will be on her SA passport (dual citizenship) and I am only on an Aus passport (not dual citizen). My question is this: Usually the SA passport people go in a separate queue to foreign passport people. Does this mean she has to go in a different queue to me, given that I have to carry the letter from my husband (and documents) that I have permission to travel with her, and we are travelling together? Not too keen about her standing on one side of customs away from me? Any advice/info appreciated! TIA
SandraDee
she can go in the same queue as you - ie Foreigner queue. Stick together. I dont think you can use the South African queue as you are on an Aussie passport.
