On August 17 I ordered wine from :http://www.southafricanwinemerchants.com.au/ I made payment and haven't heard from them since. No shipping notifications and haven't received anything. Their phone number permanently goes straight to voicemail and they don't respond to messages, and the "contact us" form also doesn't get any responses. Sadly they don't sell Graeme Beck Brut which my wife and I have had to celebrate for every anniversary until we came to Australia. I was hoping to surprise her by ordering some for our anniversary on Saturday. To say I am grumpy is an understatement. It took them about 3 months to get me my wine - in 3 deliveries (go figure!!!). Their communication is shocking and I had to resort to threatening them with a complaint to the Dept of Fair Trading before they actually responded to me after weeks of unanswered phone calls & emails. Steer clear of them! The butcher in St Ives in Sydney has a fair selection of wine, so does Springbok Foods.
