HOW WILL YOU CREATE IMPACT? Work closely with designers to build beautiful products used every day by real people in high-stress jobs Maintain and evolve our React SPA architecture Evangelise best practice across ansarada's international development team Mentor and coach others Accelerate front-end testing within our Continuous Delivery pipeline WHAT IS YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Working with a multi-disciplinary product team in a fast-paced environment to deliver quality software Working closely with the design team to embed ansarada's design language into new features Writing testable and maintainable code that adheres to industry and architectural standards Mentoring colleagues through code reviews and knowledge sharing Growing the team's knowledge of emerging technologies and practises, finding the opportunities to adopt them WHAT SHOULD YOU POSSESS?
