I hope someone who has been in a similar situation may be able to guide me here. I would like to do an EOI for Visa 190 using the Supply and Distribution Manager category. I meet almost all the given criteria of the application for the skills assessment, except one which is having 3 or more managers directly reporting to me. I can show in my organogram structure that I have controllers and supervisors reporting to me but unfortunately not any managers. Has anyone ever achieved a successful skills assessment with this criteria or would I be wasting my money?
I am not sure if they would even look at the application I the candidate does not 100% meet the requirements? I should add that although I have over 10 years experience in my position as Logistics Manager, my formal qualification is currently only certificate courses, I am mid way through an NQF level 6 Operations diploma but cant list it as an formal qualification until its complete.
