Bob
Medicare have offices throughout Australia. Just go into one at a shopping centre near you and notify them of a change of address. The Australian Tax Office will know about your new address when you lodge a tax return after the end of the financial year on 30th June. The Queensland Transport Dep't, assuming you're staying in Queensland, will just put a new address on the back of your current driving licence, once you notify them by dropping in at one of their offices in the State.Privat health insurers should be notified of change of address also. The Post Office can re-direct all your mail for a small fee per month.
