I went to UJ and I see that you actually have to go through QVS to get your academic record. On the QVS website, they offer two options Academic Record Supplement As far as I can tell the supplement has all the information of the academic record, plus the details of the courses. My question is, if I'm applying as a software developer which type of document do I need to send to the ACS, the Academic Record or the Supplement?
