Do you submit a 190 EOI with points excluding State Sponsorship or including? Essentially how do the EOI and invitation process differ from that of a 189? 0 CharlesH Posted March 2, 2017 Author Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 I did some research and it appears as if you first submit an EOI for 190 for NSW. I assume you submit points exclusive of the state sponsorship points since you won't have it at this point. NSW may then invite you to apply for State Sponsorship. You have 14 days to apply (which costs AUD300). NSW case officer reviews and then if successful you are nominated. You then add 5 points and apply for 190 visa via DIBP.
