So maybe someone can shed some light on this for me...
I have been reading that people say they contact their case officer. How does one go about doing this as when my case officer contacted us requesting more documentation it came from a completely generic email address with no contact details?
The email address was GSM.Brisbane@border.gov.au? There was a lady's name in the attachment of the email requesting more documents uploaded.
There was also a position number, but what does this help anyway?
It also warns not to make contact with the department. So how do people contact their case officer if need be?
