Shellfish
Where will the country go next? I think regardless of whether Jacob stays or not, the ANC will lose their 50% majority in 2019 and will join forces with EFF. And if folks think that Zuma has pillaged and plundered, Julius is going to be a whole new level.
ChrisH
The ANC might dip below 50%, but don't forget that the closest opposition (Democratic Alliance) is still very far behind. Only 26.9% of the national vote in the last elections. Even if things take a swing in a positive direction, it takes much more effort and time to fix something than to break it down. That's 22 years of infrastructure/education/economy/{put your parastatal name here} neglect. Could take 44 years to fix it.
