B0nB0n
Hi Guys, Hoping you can advise. We received our Visas in April this year. We applied as Defacto partners. We are now getting married in February 2017 - Before we enter Oz and activate our visas. Do we need to submit a change in circumstances form? How does one go about this? It is necessary? Thanks in advance, Bonnie
0 PauletJacques
We did the same thing, but had our wedding planned during application which we thought would strengthen our Defacto approach. The only thing we didn't do is change my wife's surname to mine, this helped save a LOT of paperwork/passports etc. I think it will be easier to change her surname here now anyway, but we've been too busy to get around to it Hope that helps!
