Understanding Medical Status and Referals

Junglejet

Question

Hi there,

Trying to understand if for example you have the below statement under 'View Health Assessment' on Immiaccount, does this mean your medicals have been checked and are finalised with DIBP?

Furthermore, if this is the status is there still any likelihood of being referred?

Appreciate if anyone that has been through this before could advise.

Health clearance provided – no action required
(Xxxxxxxxxxx)

All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.

Thank you

Yeah mine changed to that a day or so after the tests were done, didn't change to anything else after that, even after the visa was granted.

Thanks for the feedback. Hoping it is all good. Interested to hear from others who have also been through if when one is referred, does that status  immediately mention referred to BUPA or can the status I've mentioned above still become 'referred'.
