We are in the process of looking for a rental and have noticed that apartments in Maribyrnong seem to be good value. Is there a reason for this.... Is there anything wrong with the area at all? I stay a but more north east to Maribyrnong but I haven't heard bad things about it and speaking to some aussies here at work - there's no problem with it!
