Hi all. The rules for this are a bit vague so I'm hoping someone can clarify. I know that we need to live in the region for 2 years and be full time employed for 12 consecutive months in that 24.
Our dilemma is that I was the primary applicant on our 457 but am struggling to maintain full time hours between 2 jobs. My partner is full time permanently employed. Do I have to be the primary again in the 887 or could be be the primary this time around?
How do they calculate your hours? As one of my jobs is casual the hours vary-some weeks I'm slightly under, other weeks I'm slightly over.
If my partner is allowed to become the primary would he need to do skills assessments? would I have to do ielts again. Is it points based still or do they just look at the 2 years and 12 months things?
