Activating 190 VISA NSW - Main applicant

Hi forum members,

 

Is there anybody that can confirm for me with 100% certainty whether the main applicant needs to activate with(needs to be present) secondary applicants? Does the main applicant have to be present? 

 

My wife is the main applicant, but I might want to go before her and activate....

Yes no issue....visa conditions stated nil.
