I am the Australian citizen and both of us are currently living in South Africa. Does anyone know if there is any backlog at the department? I see some people got answers very quickly and I understand that everyones case is different. Is there a way to contact anyone at the department regarding his application? Also, how will they contact him to go for his medicals? I have been checking immi account almost everyday.
