You should still have plenty of time to either send the agent the missing doc or just upload it yourself to the immi.gov.au website. Unless you are SUPER lucky, there is unfortunately quite a bit of a wait involved! Look at @Chips and more recently @TracyAnne 's time-lines for extreme cases of waiting.
