I am based in Perth and need to get my Thumb prints taken by a Police officer. The police stations are referring me to Immigration and immigration say they don't do it any more. Has anyone gone through this process recently in Perth that will be able to give me some advice as to where to go etc. Thank you in advance. My wife had to see the Honorary consulate in Perth: http://www.dfa.gov.za/foreign/sa_abroad/saa.htm She had to make an appointment and waited about a month for that appointment...
