vrooyan
Hi All, please can anyone confirm what goes into the confirmation of employment letter for technicians (electrical). As there is no apprenticeship for technicians does one just have the strat and end dates, along with the job responsibilities. Do you need to have a separate letter for in service training? I do have sample letters for electricians, plumbers ect. but not 100% sure on this. Any technicians that can confirm what you included on the work experience letter. SmellyN
Hi. Going through it all again ourselves right now again. Firstly: what line of work would you be thinking to work in? Do you foresee yourself doing ANY form of Electrical work IF SO- STOP!!! 312312 Occupation done through TRA as a MSA (Migration Skills Assessment) will only get you IN the country BUT it will NOT get you your Electrician's practising licence. Better to come in on VETASSESS and pay the higher "once-off" assessment than like us having done 3/4 other skills assessments only having to land up doing/ only able to do VETASSESS just in order to get the Practising Licence for the Electrical scope of the work. Employer's won't hire you without it now-a-days.
Duke1989
Hi there, I sent off all my docs to TRA today, does it really take 3/4 months?! Well I waited 2 years for my UBC from DHA so guess it's not that far fetched... Just can't see myself stressing for 4 months about this, as I assume this is the most tiring part of the visa process?
