vaughanroe Posted February 15, 2016 Report Share Posted February 15, 2016 HI All, I was wondering if there is anyone moving over to Perth, looking for a rental in the Northern suburbs, towards the end of April , short term, around 4-6 months, while the owners go travelling around for a while. The house is a 4 Bed x 2 Bathroom home that will come furnished. Located close to a junior school (Currambine Primary School), 1 block away, and some high schools as options within the area. Closest beach literally 3 minutes by car. Major shopping centre (Lakeside) - 5 kms away The owner is wanting to find someone reliable who will look after the place and care for it as if their own. It would be advantageous if the person had some sort of references from someone living in Perth to at least do some sort of background check.
