No option for 189 Visa in ImmiAccount?

Hi guys

 

I have created an ImmiAccount and want to start the process for a GSM Visa 189, but I can't find it under any of the options "New Application - General Skilled Migration".   There are only options for 476 and 887 visas.  Is there anyone else that has the same problem?  I have tried to complete an online query, but they do not allow for that.  Will have to phone them.

It may be a system glitch or that you answered questions that limited the visa choices. There is a technical support email option on the site.

The 189 option appears a little while after you have created a profile - possibly the following day IIRC. I wondered about the same thing and found a solution on one of the british-australian forums.
