One of the options is to find a new town house development under construction / planned to be constructed. However, as we're new kids on the block, we don't know the reputation of any of the developers out there. Not so worried about time taken to build a quality home - more worried about money exchanging hands and not getting anything in return. Can't afford to lose deposits etc...... RedPanda Posted January 13, 2016 Report Share Posted January 13, 2016 I've just heard that due to the materials used (pre-fab and drywalls) that Aussie homes go up a lot quicker than our solid brick ones. I'll also keep an eye on this thread, as we need to start gathering information on this subject too.
