Het gou vanoggend Medicare to gegaan en al die nodige dokumente saam gevat, die letter of acknowledgement, bewys van adress en al daai jazz om nou te registreer vir Medicare. Wel ja ons kan nie registreer nie, en raai hoekom. Omdat my naam nie gemention word op die aknowledgement letter nie. Manlief is main applicant en net sy naam word gemention, which volgens my is reg. So ja ons is daar weg en die dame sê ons moet iets van DIAC kry wat sê my aansoek is ook in vir PR. Jong my bloed kook toe sommer dadelik want so baie van julle op die forum het dit al so gedoen en nou wragtie soos my luck mos nou is sal hulle sê nee sorry vir ons.Asof dit nie erg genoeg is nie, kry ons ons IELTS toetse terug gister en die het my geboortedatum verkeerd. Week terug het my PCC 'n spelfout opgehad vir my van. Ek sê jou die badluck hou nie op nie.Wat presies het julle ander gedoen met die registrasie by Medicare??? Ons name was gelukkig almal op die brief wat ons van DIMA gekry het om te confirm dat ons aansoek gedoen het vir PR.... almal bo 16 (dink ek) wat op die aansoek ingesluit is, moet natuurlik ook teenwoordig wees by die Medicare kantoor dat hulle kan sien dat jy wel bestaan.Ek is seker as jy julle CO kontak, sal die vir julle n ander brief kan reel.Sterkte!!C Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Riekie Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 Ons het gewag tot ons PR gekry het. My & die kinders se info was op die "approval letter" wat in manlief se naam uitgereik was. Ek & Manlief het saam aansoek gedoen (en my dogter was hierby ingesluit). My seun het apart aansoek gedoen met dieselfde brief - geen probleem nie. Het email gestuur en dis wat hulle sê en ek gaan dit dan liewer pos as wat hulle my weer huis toe stuur en ek weer bemoerd raak.If you have no branch within a reasonable distance from your place of residence, you may choose to send the form to us by mail. Mail it to:Medicare AustraliaEligibility DepartmentGPO Box 9822In Your Capital CityWhen lodging your application at a Medicare branch please take the originals along with photocopies of the identification which will need to be **certified.Please Note: * *Copies of the original documents must be endorsed as a true copy and will need to include the signature, address or office of one of the following: a Justice of the Peace Commissioner for Declarations Commissioner of Affidavits person authorised under State Law solicitor registered medical practitioner bank manager or postal managerThe documents to supply are as follows:Passport (all pages)The letter from DIMIA confirming the date they accepted your application for Permanent residency.The receipt from DIMIA for the lodgement of your application.Sponsorship information, permission to work documents, or proof of relationship to a citizen (ie child/spouse etc)If permanent residency has been granted we would only need to see the passport and one other form of identification.I trust this information will be of assistance.
