· Together with the Account Manager grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to customers

· Together with the Sales Manager develop and implement tailored business strategies to suit sales segments

· To maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

· To manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive

· Follow and maintain core values within the team and externally


· Achievement of Annual Sales Target as set up annually

· Lead to Pipeline conversion rate -% set up annually

· In conjunction with pre sales team develop sales presentations and proposals to consistently win new business.

· Identify target markets with active prospects to build a healthy pipeline.

· Participate at Trade Shows to secure prospects.

· Work with marketing to ensure that quality leads are maintained to support pipeline.

· Participate in industry associations to develop network and enhance in the business community.

· Carry out administrative issues such as sales reporting and data entry of prospect data into CRM database.

· Conduct Company and product demonstration.

· Actively promote the brand.

· Follow and maintain core values within the team and externally.



  • Understanding of the ERP marketplace, its product offerings and technology
  • Min. of 5 years B2B sales experience in complex ERP solutions (SAP, JDE etc)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing principles (lean etc)
  • Knowledge of the software sales lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse business needs and convert these into a technology based solution
  • Strong ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget.
  • High level of initiative and a proactive approach to all areas of the role: take ownership of challenges and work independently to resolve .Self motivated to achieve above set targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Direct Sales Skills Set: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management
  • Team player
  • Intermediate level (as a minimum) experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Project and Excel
  • Understanding of .net technology
