monsta
Hey guys,I have read in a lot of different articles that the number if migrants moving to Aussie is expected to slow down in the next few years. On article even said there could be an over supply of homes!Do you guys think that the fear if not getting a good job is going to stop people from migrating? It's unlikely to stop Saffers, but what about people from other countries?
RedPanda
I think it's unlikely to have a major impact until people start returning home in noticeable numbers, wherever they are coming from.
Gerhardk
Quite a few of my new clients from UK and RSA are wealthy and do not need to work so I am guessing the numbers may change a bit for people that cannot afford to move to Australia and not have work. For the wealthy, more seems to be moving now, but maybe it is just a sudden trend. Also these clients tend to buy multiple properties quickly so the stats must be interesting.
