Crystal Posted May 24, 2015 Report Share Posted May 24, 2015 Hey there.I probably just need to vent, but seriously need some know-how if anyone's been through this process.I have applied through SAHC in Canberra to renew my passport. Im on a PR and too soon apply for residency. I'm in a pickle through my own stupidity, allowed my passport to expire and have urgent business travel ahead. Despite numerous attempts to acquire status, all I get is that it's with dispatch but no indication of how long that may take. I've tried escalating my enquiry, but no different.
