KnoxFamily Posted November 5, 2015 Report Share Posted November 5, 2015 We had the same, mine took forever and then i was told that my birth records were lost. submitted the forms. got an sms 2 weeks later to say it is ready only to find i gave birth to myself. the only way i got it fixed was scanning all the forms that were submitted. (thank god i had copies made).Found the branch manager on the site put his address in the TO filed and cc's everybody on that site. 5 days later i was told to come pick it up.but before that I pushed hard calling once / twice a week Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
