Watching DVD's on Computer

This might be helpful if you are clueless about technology (like me) and not relevant for all the IT peeps out there.

I have a lot of DVD's. RSA ones mostly, also UK and all over from where Amazon can send them. All legally bought.

So in Australia I hired some DVD's and my computer asked me to change the zone to Australia (zone 4) but then when I watch the Others, it is back to zone 2 again. And you can only change it 5 times, then it is locked forever! This is Windows Media Player and PowerDVD.

So I found VLC media player that I downloaded from the internet - softonic - for free, and it happily plays everything regardless of Zone. Yay!
