SLouw
Good day,Just a quick question. My husband is the main applicant for 189 / 190 visa to Australia. He already has an Australian TRA Certificate issued to him.Do I need to do VETASSESS for myself? I do not work in the line that I have studied in and just have some Certificates relevant to my type of work and 15 years experience.I will not start working straight away, but will after a couple of months hopefully.Suri
SD_MOA
Hello Suri,If you are not the primary applicant on the visa application and you do not intend to claim partner points then you do not need to have your skills assessed.Regards
SLouw
Stephen,Thanks for the feedback regarding the Vetassess for myself.Just another thing I want to clarify ... my husband was issued an Australian TRA Certificate , a couple of years ago, which I contacted them about and they assured me it is still valid. (Electrical(General)).Does het need to get it assessed through Vetassess also / again? I understand that the Australian TRA Certificate issued is the same, since he had his qualifications assessed at that time prior to receiving this TRA Certificate.Would you be able to let me know if I'm understanding this correctly?Suri
