AdeleVDM Posted October 26, 2014 Report Share Posted October 26, 2014 If you are looking for a suburb in Melbourne and cannot seem to make out heads or tails of all the places, this website is a MUST!http://www.theage.com.au/national/greater-melbourne/our-liveable-city/map You use the sliders on the right to add a value to that criteria (a total of 14) and the map is updated accordingly showing you which suburbs best meet your desires (purple is bad, dark green is the best). It also shows the average property price for that suburb, unfortunately I cannot confirm the accuracy of the prices, but it seems to be a very good indication for these areas and that helps not only with buying, but also with renting. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
